English Breakfast is a full-bodied black tea, known as the nation's favourite. Best served with a splash of milk.
English Afternoon is a medium-bodied black tea and can be served black, or with a splash of milk.
Earl Grey is a light, fragrant and aromatic afternoon tea flavoured with bergamot. Serve black with a slice of lemon to appreciate the true flavour.

Boil fresh water to 100C and pour over the teabag. Leave the teabag to infuse for 5 minutes or longer if desired, for a fuller, stronger taste. Once the tea has finished steeping, immediately remove the teabag and stir.
